Brookes Creative

Visual Identity & Social Media · 2021–2025 · Oxford Brookes University

Brookes Creative is a student-led project for the School of Arts at Oxford Brookes University; I joined as a Student Assistant in my second year. Within an interdisciplinary student team, my roles were to work on the project's visual identity, social media and printed materials.

I developed the logo and an accessible colour palette built from Brookes' own brand colours, then designed a set of complementary icons for the website. Later on I created a comprehensive brand guidelines document to explain how to use the branding consistently, and show accessible colour combinations.

I helped post to and maintain the project's Instagram, keeping a consistent, accessible visual style, and designed banners and posters for use at Open Days and other events where I attended as an ambassador for the team.
